Description: Zeiss 521/2 serial number P21565 (1950s) with clear “Red T” (coated) F3.5, 105mm Zeiss Opton Tessar lens, serial number 630580 (1951-1953). This is a post-war Zeiss made at the Stuttgart factory that has the best lens, uses readily available 120 film and produces a large 6cm x 9cm (2.25 x 3.25”) negative. The camera front door opening, film advance, focus, aperture adjustment, shutter speed adjustment, viewfinder, all work smoothly as they should. The camera is cosmetically very nice - clean shiny chrome - see images. This camera is good for display or as a daily user. Known minor defects: - the bellows has one spot that has black repair tape - but no light leaks or pinholes. See last image - Minor specks in the lens that will not affect image quality. - Shutter works as it should at all speeds & B, but the 1 second and 1/2 second shutter speeds are slow (more like 2 seconds and 1 second respectively). - Minor skuffs from light use - No case No international shipping
