There is a off white crochet trim around the tissue opening and around the bottom of the cover. Fits a 160 count standard box of tissues not included to save on shipping. There is an embroidered Yorkie patch on the right side for a 3d effect and a life like effect. The Yorkie is tan with silver highlights with a burgundy bow on top. It's great for a Yorkie fan. There is an elastic band with velcro at the bottom to keep the cover in place.
