It was made by Innovative Time Corp, is fully licensed by Hanna-Barbera and is dated 1991. It will need a new battery as it is over 30 years old. Even with a new battery installed, there is no guarantee that the watch will work. It is being sold "as-is" with no returns. I have listed many different "character" watches.
