YesterdayGirls offers a scarce Original Image taken by the renowned French photographer Serge Jacques This photo, while unsigned, came from a file folder dated between 1965-1967 with the name of the noted French photographer "Serge Jacques" handwritten on the outside. It is quite typical of his photography, which consisted of photographing young french models either clothed in lingerie, panties, garterbelts and nylons, or fully nude in classic poses. He photographed models beginning in the early 1950's for inclusion in magazines such as "Folies de Paris et Hollywood," and his work was later featured in the classic Danish issues. "Exciting" and "Cover Girl." He is almost solely responsible for the photographs used in all the early Parliament magazines, "Line and Form," and "Film and Figure." Serge's prolific career was recently profiled in the massive 770 page book titled in his name, published by Taschen. We are happy to be able to offer this SCARCE ORIGINAL VINTAGE PRINT photographed and hand printed by Serge in his own private darkroom in the 1960's.
