Description: ****Please read below for detailed information regarding this item, as well as how to purchase multiple items with combined shipping charges! Thank you for choosing Aquarium Obsessions to calm your coral fix! This listing is for one frag first picture mother colony is second For size reference, each square on the egg-crate is 3/4 of an inch. When a listing title is WYSIWYG, the item that you receive will be exactly what is pictured. When an item is listed as a colony, the polyp count or general size will be documented in the title and description. In rare cases, a WYSIWYG item may become damaged prior to shipment, or the item may have been ordered after it was sold locally (but prior to the listing being taken down from eBay). In such cases, the item will be replaced with a nearly identical coral (same: species, strain, general size, etc.). If no appropriate corals are currently in stock, the item will be refunded. Contact us with any questions or comments, and we will be happy to respond as quickly as possible! SHIPPING CHARGES: We combine shipping charges (per each order) on all items! No matter how large your order is, the shipping charge will be a flat rate of $40.00. There will never be any additional packaging or box fees for any order. To receive a combined shipping total for multiple items, simply make the purchase for all of your items. Before paying for your items, wait for us to send you an invoice with the total cost. Once we receive your order, we will send you an invoice for the total (with a single shipping charge of $40 added to the total of the items' prices). If you wish to add additional items after the initial invoice has been sent, we will send additional invoices for those items, with no shipping charges applied. Alternatively, you can select "local pickup" as the shipping option for all but one of your items. Select "shipping" for the remaining item, and all items will ship for $40.00 total. Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Missouri, and Indiana will ship UPS Next Day Air for $30.00. Let us know prior to checkout for this rate adjustment. SHIPPING PROCESS: We ship out on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders will usually arrive by 9:30 AM - 12 (Noon) on the following day. SOME more remote locations may be estimated to be delivered by 4:30 PM. You must be present to receive your order, or Arrive Alive guarantees will be null and void. Orders will be shipped using UPS Next Day Air, within 72 hours of receiving a CLEARED payment, or on the next possible shipping date (Mon-Wed). If you have a preferred day for delivery of your order, just let us know immediately upon checkout, and we will honor that request (within the limits of our stated delivery terms). EXTREME HOT/COLD WEATHER SHIPPING: When shipping to very hot or cold weather destinations (based on current weather forecasts), we reserve the right to ship your package to be held at a pick-up location local to you. This is current industry best-practice, and will ensure the health and safety of your order, by avoiding the potential for hours to be spent in an overly hot/cold delivery vehicle. We will attempt to choose the most convenient location for you to retrieve your order, while it waits for pick-up in a climate controlled environment. ARRIVE ALIVE GUARANTEE: We are not responsible for problems caused from carrier shipping delays - weather; mechanical failures; etc., although we will work to ensure that no delay alerts are present at the time of shipping. We are not responsible for items that were left in the cold or heat, due to a customer's absence from the destination of delivery. In the rare event that an item arrives to you dead or damaged, we will need a clear photo of the affected item, in the original and unopened bag, within 1 hour of your receiving the order (the delivery time, per UPS Tracking). Note that shipping can be stressful for corals. "Dead or damaged" does not include corals that are simply stressed or retracted due to shipping. Contact us as soon as possible (within the stated time-frame) with a clear photo, and any description of the issue that you can provide. If you are in compliance with the preceding terms, a credit or replacement will be given for the affected items on your next order with us.
