Description: This is one of the very hard to find World War Two Careless to Talk poster. It the large one, 28 by 40 inches. The artist is Steven Dohanos, who was an illustrator for the Saturday Evening Post. Currently, November 2022, one of the covers; "Penny Candy" was auctioned off for nearly $300,000. He did several Careless Talk Posters during World War Two. The poster has great color, but as shown in the photos, a couple of issues. The main one being part of the left upper hand corner is missing and there are pin/tack holes at the corners. Therefore, the poster is priced lower than others due to these concerns. Will be shipped flat as originally mailed to end users. Will not ship internationally.
