Description: We have a Factory Copy of an English Translation by John Baum of an original WW2 German Offical Military Manual for the Instruction of the infantry dated 1942. This manual is titled: Instruction Manual For The Infantry, Volume 2a The Rifle Company from 3/16/1941 reprint with qualified corrections according to H. M. 41 No. 189 & H. V. Bi. (C) 41 No. 890 1942. This manual is 5 1/2" by 8 1/2", and is 200 pages long and is very detailed in how to be a German Infantry Soldier. The original version of this maual is by far the most common for the German Infantry during WW2 but it was printed in the old style of German which hardley anyone can read even today. Our English translation is for those folks interested in historical or reenacting interests. Different versions of this manual were updated and published from 1935 to 1942 making this the latest version that we have seen. This manual was originally a pocket size manual which we have reformatted to this current size. This manual is broken down into the following chapters: 1.
