Description: One original US Veteran bring-back from WWII, a much desired "Last Ditch" Type 30 Arisaka bayonet with late model bamboo wooden scabbard. This late war bayonet and scabbard likely dates between 1944-1945 and was brought back to the US by a Marine, Seabee, Navy, or Army vet. Someone later on tried to sharped the blade on a wheel perhaps and scuffed up one side of the blade. The scabbard is still in good condition with a bit of rust and missing some of it's original paint, the twine is still in place. A great addition to any WWII collection!
