If there are any issues, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team Once repaired, we will send your part back to you ADVANCE REPLACEMENT SERVICE Upon selecting this service you are purchasing a DIRECT PART from us, but you have the option to send your old part to us for a partial refund. Exclusions to warranty: Fans: Fan coils and motors failing due to boiler overheating will not be covered under warranty. For Electronic parts such as Printed Circuit Boards (PCB): if the parts have experienced any water damage or external electrical shortage this will not be covered by warranty. Failures or defects caused by misuse. RETURNS POLICY Complete the return form and provide return reasons. If the part you received is faulty, we will refund postage up to £6.50. A 20% restocking fee is applied if returned items are not faulty. If your part is lost or the incorrect item has been sent out, we will arrange a collection and issue the appropriate replacement.
