Paint is good with very little wear. Feathers are painted on wings & black on belly. Carved cutout eyes. Beak in good condition. Round wooden base (see pictures). Approximate measurements are base to top of birds head 7-3/8". Approximate measurements are of bird are from tail to tip of beak 6-1/2" x belly to top of head 3-1/4". Base is 2-1/2'' round.
