This pretty lady print comes complete with the hanging bar at the top of the 1917 calendar and at the bottom of the print the original mailing tube. It retains deep, rich, vibrant coloring, making it difficult to imagine it being over 100 years old -- but it is! Artist signed. The image of the beautiful woman is that of famed artist Knowles Hare, Jr. Please note this 125+ year calendar does have some rips and tears, and there is a thumb-print-sized (what appears) to be a moisture mark on the left edge of the print. This wonderful example is listed on page 88 of "Yard-Long Prints" Book III by Keagy & Rhoden. Unframed, she measures approximately 8.5" wide by 30" long. She is printed on a smooth paper.
