It was framed in an inexpensive frame so it is in EXCELLENT condition with very minor edge wear that will be hidden if matted and framed, but the frame is not included!! It is not dated but then 7 or 8 year olds shouldn't be dating anyway!! LOL!! It will be shipped flat because the paper is too heavy to roll!! Approx. 24" X 18" in size!!
