The joints in the 3 point arms move nicely The sway chain adjusters are bent (see picture) The main adjusting rods move nicely. Overall, it's a decent used 3 point hitch assy. With very little work it would be excellent. Does NOT come with a lift cylinder, but I have some for sale in my store
