The authors Edwards & Rattery signed the end paper near the top right corner. The interior is in very good condition. There is damage to the right end paper just below the authors’ signature. I believe the dame was caused by a removal of a bookplate. The cover is in very good condition. There is fading of the spine and finger spots. The dust jacket or slipcase is missing. The book is 5 3/4” X 8 1/8” tall and 285 pages. There are 21 b & w photographs and a map of long island decorating the front and back end papers.
