Description: Weller Pottery Neiska Seneca Art Deco Scrolled Handle Blue Vase Vintage 1930's This vintage blue vase was made by Weller Pottery of Zanesville, Ohio in the 1930's. The bottom is not marked. The vase is from the Weller Neiska or Seneca line, featuring a simple ovoid Art Deco form with flared rim, and scrolled handles with excellent mold detail. It has a periwinkle blue glazed exterior and white glazed interior. It measures 6" tall and 5-1/2" across the handles The vase is in very good condition with no cracks or post-manufacturing chips noted; there are areas of chipping on the dry foot which appear consistent with manufacturing flaws incurred while removing it from the kiln and/or finishing the piece; a few tiny glaze skips or inclusions noted and surface scratching to the glaze noted only for accuracy as they do not detract from the display or use of the piece. Please see all photos as they are part of the description and message with any questions prior to purchase. Thanks for looking!
