Up for Buy it Now or Best Offer is original art from DC Comics " WEIRD WAR" . Along the top of the art it reads #75 May J-5385. The year shown on the copyright stamp on the back is 1979. A kind eBay member let me know that this was penciled by Denys Cowan and inked by Dan Adkins. The art is from "Unknown Soldier" #256 from October 1981.
