Dr. Roberts documented the constructing of the USS Kearsarge, 1864 in the December 1999 Nautical Research JournalSome of Dr. Roberts ships were displayed and some donated to Nautical Museums on the East coast and West coast of the United States."Dr. Roberts Model of the USS Kearsarge was exhibited at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Maine Maritime Museum and Coastal Discovery Museum of South Carolina. The Overall dimensions of this Ship is 53" long x 26" high x 12" Copper Hull. It is mounted on a wood base and covered with a custom plexiglass display case.
