The label just came off with washing (see photo) It appears that part of the strip on one layer has two colors.(see photos) What needs to be done here is to put in new elasticity in the waist, and add a strip on the bottom of the outer skirt which is missing, or leave it alone. This is very very full and it will provide what you need under your skirt. The waist does need to be fixed.
