Rims smooth to the touch(see photo). Some imperfections in finish common for its time. Has light tiny scratches throughout. Believe Rose and Daisy print along edges. Signed on bottom, but do not know country of origin. Looks to be about 8 1/4" across- maybe a bit more.Might be small things that were missed so please see all photos. Contact if still questions.
