The collar is crisp, it has 7 brass toned buttons a contrasting yellow collar and removable (Velcro) shoulder pads. Armpit to armpit 22” Length of tip collar to bottom hem 26” Sleeve length shoulder seam to hem 10” Sleeve length armpit to sleeve hem 5” SKIRT- listed as a medium, however fits more like a large or extra large. The elastic is a bit stretched out and will need replacing eventually. Waist 18” (36” total) but stretches further. Picture on my mannequin (size 8) I had to clothespin it in the back. Length of skirt waist to hem 38” Skirt hemline circumference - nice full skirt of 52 “ (104” total) This is such a cool set and can be worn many ways, belted, tucked in, shirt tails tied at the waist. It’s just beautiful! No flaws to mention except the skirt elastic will eventually need replaced.
