There are so many ways that this gorgeous crinoline petticoat can be styled and worn. Ladies Medium Length from waist to hem is 23" Waist (relaxed) 12" Hand wash warm water Vintage worn condition. It is almost defect free. There is a small tear and a couple of picks plus a spot on the inside layer on the back toward the bottom. It looks like it got caught in a zipper. The elastic at the waist isn't tacked, so it does have some roll. It is still stretchy but is beginning to feel a little dry.
