The bag is all woven gold toned metal with an S hook latch and red fabric lining. It measures 9" x 3.25" x 3.5". There are a few white spots on the lining and and the lining is pulling away from the sides in sections. There is wear at the top edge of the lining in front. There is also some discoloration or spots on the metal in various places on the outside and on the latch, and especially on the handle. Small stains in various spots as well.
