Description: This is for a vintageCeramic Guild Green Brier Esperanto H829 Hand painted Starburst Posey Flowerplatter and small side serve plate. Made in Japan. 1970s. The platter has a diameter of 12. 25 inches. Maybe a hair under. Not enough to really measure. The smaller plate has diameter of 7.75 inches.The design and coloring are amazing on these pieces. These are the only 2 pieces of this line we have so selling together only. Coloring in a soft white with a muted greens and browns. Finish is in a gloss. Theres no damage as far as cracks,chips or breaks. There are small tiny paint specks on back and each has tiny pottery flaws on backs. They are not chips. From making. See photos. I will note 1 area on large plate platter. A slight discolor area that looks like small scuffing scratches in finish. There are other slight surface scuffs scratches in finish of large plate but they are hard to see and photo so showing one area that slightly shows. Consistant with age and usage.
