Floral lace covered cut outs out empire waistline & long butterfly bell flutter sleeves that are gathered at the shoulder. Back zipper in good working condition, missing the eye from the hook and eye closure. There is a small rip in armpit that looks like it can be easily repaired, and some light, inconspicuous spotting on bottom front of skirt (both pictured). Synthetic fabric is stretchy with plenty of give and in overall good condition with a little wear & tear consistent with age.
