Sleeveless shell top and a round neckline, with a billowy chiffon scarf attached right in the middle that can be worn several ways - shown as a scarf and shawl. The slip is cut slimmer than the double layer very full sweeping skirt that practically floats across the room! Tagged a vintage 11/12 and fits more like a modern S/M but please check below for best fit. Material has no stretch.
