GREAT for showing off a little skin or your ink! Dress does have belt loops, but there is no belt with dress. Dress is not lined Pre owned vintage condition . No fabric or sz tags on dress. feels like a satin , kind of fabric Between storage, shipping, it might need a pressing/ airing before wear. vintage items are not always perfect, that dusty/moth ball smell that goes along with being stored for over a number of decades is all normal for vintage condition. see pics No major flaws . Measurements are MAX. Note you will need room for movement/ sitting etc. Fabric is not stretchy As always please double check measurements for best fit. Not all brands run the same size. Vintage items do not usually run the same sizes asmodern sizing. Just compare the measurements given to a similar item you own , wear & fits you well Approx measurements are as posted in the item specifics. Looks to run about S... very tiny, NOT a modern size 11 sizing 14" sleeve inseam No shoulder seams, (sleeve to torso ) so it about 16" across the back to of the shoulder area The best way to measure, is not measuring yourself, but a similar /non stretchy dress you already own, and compare those measurements with these.
