Metal on both have scratches, and some marks, from normal use. Wood handles have minimal scratches, and marks, from normal use, also Handles have very nice color, as well as a wonderful grain pattern. The siff spatula wood handle has a little piece missing at the end, and it is slightly loose. Dimensions are The longer flexible flipper / turner is approx. 13.5", with 2.75" Blade width, and 8"long blade, Stiff Flipper Turner Blade is 2.75" Wide, 4.75" Long, Overall length is 11".
