Not sure if it’s the crap batteries or there is an issue It was brand new in bad box. Now as I was moving it around while taking pictures the mouth did try to move and also eye lids but then stopped. So like I said maybe it’s the batteries maybe it’s Mickey. But you can see this item is clean I even show the spot where tag hung on him and the battery compartment is so clean you could eat out if it. But since I can’t say it’s totally operational selling it as is….
