The clasp is clear and works great - it turns to lock. The handles are made of the same marbled lucite the body of the purse is made of and they are in excellent condition and swing easily. The purse is free of cracks, chips or deep scratches. The surface has minor scuffing from age. The purse measures 8 inches long, and 3 and half inches high.
