Description: Okay, so the 8 ball case is thrashed, but opens and closes tight. Hinge is slightly loose. This one sparks so maybe can repurpose the insert. The plain 2011 does spark but the wheel doesn't really rotate. Maybe fixable, don't know. Hinge is loose but spring is good. The USA flag 2017 sparks. Good spring. Hinge is loose. I believe this one is fully functional. As is, as found. No returns. Thanks.
