Description: The lights were a bit touchy and went on and off. A little fiddling with the tightness of the bulb they stayed on. You may need to adjust the tightness of the bulbs to get it to fire on after plugging it in. The insert is color faded/stained. There is ripping on the insert. The plexiglass doesn't fit perfectly in the sign it is a little loose. It is scratched and scuffed. Please review the photos for the exact condition and dimensions.
