Description: Vintage Wester Flyer Prewar Ladies Bicycle Restored. Believed to be a 1941 or 1942 This is a fresh professional restoration done within the last year. Base coat clear coat in original color combination. All parts have been re- chromed. Rims have been re-spoked and balanced by a bicycle shop. The front light is for appearance only but is a perfect match to the original except it’s made in Italy. The original was beyond repair. The restoration shop could not get the handle bar neck out of the frame. They would have had to cut it out and I never could have found an old fork with the light bracket as the original. Therefore the Hadley bars are painted and clear coated rather than re-chromed. I have the original seat if the buyer wants it
