Description: Vintage Western-Cowboy Bit Heavy weight 4 3/4 in mouthpiece x 7 in shank. Mouthpiece is rounded on the inside with ridge on the outside (that contacts the roof of the mouth) Mouthpiece is ported & thinned. I have schooled many horses with this bit and for whatever reason they responded very nicely and good head carriage and pole position. I will be listing about 600 horse bits (about half of the 1,000 plus horse bit collection of a friend): some very valuable (spade bits), vintage and collectible bits (English/ polo and eventing, Import and Domesetic - - gags, double bridle pelhams and snaffles---Eldonian, Kangaroo, original ROY bits, Abbey from England, western bits, spade bits, bits handmade from Mexico with silver, Texas polo, Tackeria, Tom Balding , custom made Myler bits and… the list goes on and on) I will also be listing English and Western horse tack--- 30 + saddles and bridles. Horse bits are new to me (so please be patient) however my friend gave me a 3 - day primer on the different names of the bits and mouthpieces, so I am evolving. I am also listing a huge DJ collection of about 10,000 disco 12-inch singles and Dj remix services--(Disconet, Hot Tracks, Razor maid, Prime cuts, Ultimix, Discotech, Rhythm Stick … from 1975-1990, and about 5,000 cd’s mostly DJ disco singles all in excellent condition. I am very busy as I also sell my own toys, treasures and children’s clothes, and odds and end collectibles, and I work full time but do list every day. I almost always ship out every day.
