It is double layered and measures 10.5" x 17" overall and 6.75" x 9.25" in image size. It is in very good condition, with minor wear on the edges and in the corners. I am always happy to combine shipping! Items are shipped flat (and protected by cardboard) or in a shipping tube depending on the size.
