Description: Awesome, vintage suitcase! Made of wood, appears to be covered in some sort of vinyl covered fabric. Both latches work, but the left one in particular needs a little extra pressure in order to close. The latches are easiest to close when the suitcase is standing up, as in on the back hinges. Cloth covered interior with an inscription that I believe was the owners name. The interior does have stains, but it does not appear that the fabric has any major tears. There’s one small hole on one of the sides. There are two travel stickers, one from Denver, Colorado! This piece once belong to a World War II veteran and his wife, and its condition reflects its age. Please see all photos for condition. This is an incredibly cool and nostalgic piece that can be used for storage, display, or even gentle use.
