In the 1990's, the Cellar and Macy's worked with various Italian pottery companies, we believe this piece was created by DeSimone although it is not marked as such. It measures approximately 8.25" high, 8" long including the handle, and 7" in diameter. It is in very good condition for its age, there are no chips, cracks, or repairs.
