Vintage Terry Bradshaw Pittsburgh Steelers Sand Knit Jersey, Beautiful Condition

Description: For your consideration is a beautiful, vintage Terry Bradshaw Pittsburgh Steelers jersey. Based on the style of Sand Knit tagging found in the tail, the era of this garment dates to the late 1970s (yes, a good 45 years ago!) The jersey appears to have never been worn, as I can find no noticeable wear. Tagged as a size XL, the shirt measures approx. 22-1/2 inches across from pit to pit. The body has very little or no taper, with the stomach area measuring 22 inches or so across. The length of the shirt is approx. 31-1/2 inches from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the tail. All numbers and sleeve stripes have been screened, with no cracking or fading to be found. The Sand Knit manufacturer's tagging in the tail is crisp and appears to have never been washed. A vintage Bradshaw jersey in this outstanding condition, and large of a size, is quite difficult to find today. This well-made keepsake would be perfect either for wearing or as an interesting display item. Even the sleeves are the same length Bradshaw wore during the late 1970s until his retirement in 1983.
