Description: Interesting hanging spherical metal frame fitted with a candle platform set within a rotating gimbal, below a central suspension ring. Modeled on the old nautical gimbaled oil lanterns found on ships. The cage opens by removing a pin at the circumference so that you may place the candle. Nice for outdoor patio or under a tree, or for a room with a nautical theme. It has a 12 1/4"" diameter. Its circumference is 39" Approximately 4 feet of black chain for hanging. In good overall condition. It is slightly out of round, which does not detract greatly. I would be inclined to use the new LED type candles in this fixture as opposed to a real flame for safety reasons.
