Description: This is a beautiful 1965 Pennsylvania impressionist painting of a flower cart-street vendor selling their wares. People are milling about in what looks like a town scene. This painting is by Spring Grove Pennsylvania artist Elizabeth Hoke. She was to my knowledge self taught and as you can see she taught herself well! The painting is titled "Flower Cart" and signed Hoke-'65. There is a location marked but we can't read it. The painting measures 18" x 20", with the frame it is 21" x 23".
