Description: Up for auction is a Vintage Slingerland Parts Hand crafted Snare Shell. Snare is fitted with 10 Beaver Tail double ended after market Lugs, 20 after market tension rods, one original vintage badge near mint with after market grommet, one original vintage extended butt in better than average condition, one original vintage radio king twin pad tone control also in better than average condition and both pads look almost new, one 3 - point strainer aftermarket, both snare and batter side hoops are new Pearl Super Hoops 10 hole straight out of the box and both heads are new. Shell is a Hand Crafted all Maple 6 - ply 6.5" X 14" with AAA quality 1/32 Honduras Mahog. Wood Veneer inside and out. Shell is also fitted with original Slingerland Radio King solid maple Re - Rings and inside edges are the matching 30 degree and out side edges are a slight round - over. All parts were checked, cleaned and work as originally designed. This snare is one of two being auctioned in the Vintage Series. All pictures were taken outside with out flash to better show true over - all condition. Because of the vintage parts this auction is a no return so please look at all pictures prior to bidding.
