Includes foot pedal, removeable free arm, but no other accessories, manual or case. Overall, I like this machine even though it's older, because it's a real work horse, sews very quickly and will handle medium to heavy weight fabrics. I've had many high end new machines, but I really like this one because it's easy to thread and adjust.
