Description: A lovely tea/coffee set by Sheridan Silver Co. from Tauton, MA. Made in U.S.A. Estimated to be from mid 1940's when the company started. Includes large tray, tea pot with hinged lid, coffee pot with hinged lid, creamer and sugar bowl with lid. Each piece is etched with the Sheridan symbol and silver on copper. Pattern is unknown to me. Each piece has a scroll band and handles with a scroll pattern. All match. Details are very nice. Measures: Tray- 22 3/4" X 13 3/4" 1/2"(depth). Tea pot - 9" X 9 1/2"X 4" (base). coffee pot - 10" X 8 3/4" X 4"(base). creamer - 5" X 5 1/4" X 2 3/4"(base). sugar bowl - 5 3/4" X 6" X 2 3/4"(base). Condition: In excellent used condition. tray has minimal scratches and wear. Other pieces very minimal wear. No dents or scratches. Needs polishing. All hinges functional. All pieces very sturdy. Any discoloration should polish off. See photos for details. Remarkable set!
