Name at top right appears to be Arthur Nudaletal(SP?). 2AF MANUAL 50-27 SECOND Air Force B-29 STANDARD PROCEDURES FOR PILOTS 20 JUNE 1944. Some light to mild acid wear, edge wear, creasing, and what not from the ages and storage (see photos). Still slightly crisp to the point you have to hold it open gently to read the pages or it closes. Stamped inner page, seal reads that it is a 'Headquarters Second Air Force Official Copy' with Albert F. Hecenberger, Brigadier General, G.S.C., Chief of Staff. Measures 7" x 5". Incredibly rare piece of WW2 history.
