Description: Unusual wall hanging of the scales of justice, using glass for the bowls, plastic for the decorative center rod, and metal for the back plate that attaches to the wall and the top piece that holds the glass weights. Unsure how you would attach this to the wall - maybe just hang from the top of the back plate. There is a bar at the center top you can turn to lock down the scales in a chosen position, or to keep the scales from tipping one way or the other. Measures almost 21" tall! Looks like Homco or Syroco but without a mark, that's just a guess. Some paint loss on the center rod noted - very typical of these pieces from the 60s and 70s.
