If you look closely at the medal, you can tell it is Bernadette because the woman is wearing a nun's habit with the 2 strips of cloth that hang forward on her chest like that of Bernadette's habit. This medal measures approx. 9/16" wide and is smaller in size. The item is vintage and has a lot of age and wear including discoloration and loss of silver-tone coating. See photos for details.
