Description: It is not new and needs to be cleaned. Trim is missing from it. Please use the pictures to help determine the condition of this item. I am selling this item as is. The length of the stem from the c-clip or c ring to the end of the stem is approximately 6 and 3/4 in. Not seen in the picture but the last piece of chrome trim fell off one of the spokes and I will include that with the steering wheel but rapid separately when I ship it.
