Description: Vtg Regency Halloween Wacky Witch Plush - (1987). Approximately 13" in height X 10" side to side X 8" width. As a charming shelf sitter this sits @ 9" tall. Has original hang tags. Zippered battery compartment. Condition is "New" but this is supposed to be a witch which laughs when shaken. When tested, it appeared not to work, so it is being sold only as a plush item. The laughing mechanism which is separate and easily removed, is also being sent in case someone is mechanical and can fix it. Shipped with USPS First Class Mail.
