There are scratches, scuffs, and some patina. The back is metal. The light works as seen in photos. Cord is intact but is worn and old. I cannot verify how good the cord is from an electrical safety standpoint and may need to be rewired for safety reasons. Measures 12 inches wide. 16 inches tall. Depth is about 3.5 inches.
