The factory is named after the town of it's location, about 30 km of St. Petersburg. Petrodvorzowy Watch Factory was founded after the end of the Second World War in 1949 on the base of First State Factory of exact technical stones, which was founded 21.10.1721 by Peter the Great, famous Russian tsar. The factory produces only gentlemen's wrist watches. From 1962 all watches producing by Petrodvorzowy Watch Factory named RAKETA (it means Rocket). RAKETA watch, which I offer to Your attention have fine textured dial, on the dial inscriptions: "Raketa", "Made in Russia". Watch have Raketa cal.2623H, is manual winding, shock resistant, stainless steel back. The wristwatch Raketa-POLAR is created specifically for Soviet Polar Explorers working in the extreme conditions of Antarctica. A special 24-hour dial allows you to determine the time even beyond the Arctic Circle, where there is no difference between day and night. Watch is in working condition, serviced, cleaned and oiled.
