Description: This is a vintage Lionel 2026 steam locomotive, built in the United States between 1951-1953. It comes with a coal tender. This steam locomotive is an analog control and has direction control, smoke, and illumination features and is a three-rail system. ***NOTE***Locomotive came from an estate sale and was in storage for many years. Locomotive was tested and currently only go’s in reverse, it needs to be taken apart, cleaned and serviced. Headlight did work during test. Not able to test if smoker is working. At some point someone added a screw on the front truck of the tender to hold it on and it works fine. Outside of locomotive needs to be cleaned also, sure you review all photos before purchasing.
